Change the Quick Access Toolbar Position

Quick Access Toolbar in Microsoft Office PowerPoint serves as a place of important icons with the aim that you can execute certain commands quickly. An example is for example you will open or save a document.

By default, this Toolbar position is above the ribbon. But, you can move its position to the bottom of the ribbon row.

How to change the position of Quick Access Toolbar?

In this example, we use Microsoft PowerPoint 2013. Here are the steps. How to Change the Toolbar Position in PowerPoint is as follows:

  • Click the small triangle to the right of the Quick Access Toolbar icon.
  • Then select Show Below the Ribbon.

With the above 2 steps, the ribbon will automatically move under the Ribbon. You can change the location of these toolbar and restore it to its original position on the Ribbon by performing the same steps as above.
